FINDING OLIVER | A unique escape walk for families on the Costa Blanca.
The story
Oliver, the mascot of Finca Oliva, our small mountain Bed and Breakfast in Bolulla, has been kidnapped by the local villain Maldito. Our villagers are terrified of this ruthless criminal, yet they still want to help us find Oliver. They secretly pass on clues through puzzles, codes, and riddles hidden around the village. Oliver is deeply loved in our little town of Bolulla, and no one wants him to disappear forever. Will you help us bring him back?
Information
This escape tour takes approximately a full day and turns hiking into a fun adventure for children. You start at our Casa Rural Finca Oliva (more info: www.finca-oliva.com). We are located in the mountains, overlooking the sea and the Bernia mountain range. The tour can also be booked by groups and families who are not staying with us. A free secured parking area is available.
At the start, you will receive one of our backpacks, filled with instructions. At first glance, the backpack doesn’t reveal much, but as the day goes on, you’ll uncover clues, codes, and information that allow you to open the different compartments. By the end of the day, you will have gathered everything you need to rescue Oliver. The tour ends back at our finca.
The route is ideal for children aged 6 and up, with a good amount of help from mum and dad. Older children can complete it independently, but it remains a fun family activity that makes hiking enjoyable for all ages. This adventure can also be organised for camps or birthday parties.
Reservation:
Our escape tour can be done by a maximum of two families or groups per day, so availability is limited. Please make sure to reserve one or two backpacks in advance (depending on the size of your group). You can book via WhatsApp, email, or by clicking the BOOK NOW button in the top right corner.
Price: 50€ for 4 people +10€ per extra person

Attention:
Please be aware that summer temperatures can be very high. Make sure to bring plenty of water and sun protection.
All riddles and puzzles can be solved along public paths and on the grounds of Finca Oliva. You do not need to enter any other private property.
We ask you to be responsible during the tour: dispose of your rubbish in the bins provided, do not leave glass behind (fire hazard), and be extremely careful with cigarette butts.
Halfway through the walk, you’ll find a local bar in Bolulla where you can eat or have a drink. These costs are not included in the tour price. We recommend checking their opening hours or holiday schedule in advance.
If you wish, we can prepare a personalised lunch pack for you. For €12 per person, you’ll receive a freshly made sandwich of your choice, a drink, and a dessert (a piece of fruit or a cookie).
